LTD was incorporated in November 2002 as a result of a decision taken by the Board of V d’Unienville & Associates Co Ltd to dissociate Project Management activities from Quantity Surveying ones. The aim of such decision was to create a specific entity fully dedicated to pure Project Management in order to suit market requirements.
KEYSTONE Project Management CO. LTD is operational at local and regional levels in the Building and Civil Engineering Sectors.
So far, the company has been involved with projects such as:

Vincent d’Unienville’s CV
Vincent d’Unienville, born in 1961, is the holder of a BSc in Quantity Surveying (University of Cape Town, 1985) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management (Dip Proj man - College of Estate Management, University of Reading, 2002).
He has worked for two important local firms of Contractors between 1986 and 1998 before going into consultancy.
He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and of the Association for Project Management (APM).
